Using Peppy

These Terms of Service apply when you use the Peppy website, Android app, account features, optional cloud services, and Premium services. By using Peppy, you agree to these terms and to the Peppy Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use Peppy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.

Information and personal responsibility

Peppy is an organisational and information tool. It can help you record schedules, cycles, preparations, supplies, notes, calculations, and research context, but it is not a medical provider, pharmacy, prescriber, or emergency service.

Nothing in Peppy is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment advice, or a recommendation to use, stop, combine, buy, or change any compound, medication, supplement, or preparation. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional about decisions that affect your health.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of any information you enter and for using calculator results only as a mathematical aid based on your own inputs. Peppy does not verify the identity, quality, legality, safety, sterility, dose, or suitability of any product or compound.

Research and library content

Library entries, evidence labels, sources, interaction notes, and explanations are provided for general educational context. They may be incomplete, change over time, or be subject to uncertainty and differing interpretations.

Do not treat a library entry, lack of an alert, evidence label, or calculation as proof that something is safe, effective, legal, appropriate, or compatible with another item. Always review primary sources and seek professional guidance where appropriate.

Your account and records

You are responsible for keeping your device, sign-in method, and account access secure. Do not share access credentials or use another person’s account without permission.

You retain responsibility for the records and content you create in Peppy. Please do not enter information that you do not have the right to use or share. Personal records are designed to remain local to your device unless you choose an available account-backed or cloud feature.

You may export or delete records using the tools Peppy provides. See the Privacy Policy for more detail on local storage, cloud backup, account information, and deletion requests.

Premium, subscriptions, and advertising

Some features may require an active Peppy Premium subscription. On Android, subscriptions are offered and billed through Google Play. Prices, currencies, tax, renewal dates, cancellation, refunds, and payment handling are managed by Google Play and may vary by region.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through Google Play before the next billing date. Cancelling stops future renewal; access remains available for the period already paid for, subject to Google Play’s rules.

Free Android use may include advertisements supplied by Google Mobile Ads and AdMob. Active Premium subscribers do not receive advertising placements in the app. Advertising choices and data handling are described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Peppy, interfere with its security or normal operation, bypass access controls, reverse engineer services where prohibited by law, upload harmful code, impersonate others, or use the app in a way that harms other people or the service.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect Peppy, users, service providers, or legal rights and obligations.

Availability and changes

Peppy is an evolving product. Features, library content, compatibility, prices, and availability may change. We may update, pause, or discontinue a feature when needed for maintenance, safety, technical reasons, legal compliance, or product development.

We aim to keep Peppy reliable, but it is provided on an as-available basis. Back up important records and do not rely on Peppy as your only copy of information that matters to you.

Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Peppy does not make guarantees about uninterrupted operation, data accuracy, research completeness, or outcomes from using the app. Your use of Peppy is at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as Peppy changes or legal requirements develop. The date above shows when they were last updated. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms, unless applicable law requires another process.
