CJC-1295 / Hexarelin blend
Multi peptide
ABOUT
A research-market blend generally pairing Modified GRF 1-29, sold as “CJC-1295 without DAC,” with hexarelin. FDA documents the marketed multi-ingredient powder; no standard ratio, approved formulation or combination trial exists.

WHAT THIS MEANS
Insufficient evidence. Review the research and limitations before relying on this record.
IDENTITY
HALF-LIFE
HOW IT IS THOUGHT TO WORK
Modified GRF 1-29 activates the GHRH receptor and hexarelin activates the ghrelin/GH-secretagogue receptor. Hexarelin is a potent but non-selective secretagogue with measurable prolactin, ACTH and cortisol effects in human endocrine studies.
PHARMACOKINETICS
No study establishes the pharmacokinetics, stability or exposure ratio of the co-formulated pair. Products using the same name may differ in ratio and may not specify whether the CJC component contains DAC.
REVIEW
PUBLISHED PAIR RECORDS
with CJC-1295 (without DAC)
Same substance taken twice: blend already contains this compoundCJC-1295 / Hexarelin blend already contains CJC-1295 (without DAC). Scheduling the standalone compound alongside the blend means taking it twice from two sources, and the blend's other components come with it whether or not they are wanted at that moment. This is the one exposure risk a blend creates that its individual parts do not, and it is arithmetic rather than pharmacology - the combined amount is whatever the two products add up to. Where a blend's ratio is fixed by the manufacturer, the only way to change one component's dose is to add or remove the whole vial. Peppy reports curated pharmacology, not a safety verdict. A prescriber or pharmacist should review any intended combination.

Taking both means those shared components arrive from two vials at once, at a combined amount neither product states, while the components unique to each still arrive at their own. Because both are sold at fixed manufacturer ratios, neither can be adjusted to compensate for the other. Peppy reports curated pharmacology, not a safety verdict. Inherited from a component of this blendCJC-1295 / Hexarelin blend contains Hexarelin and CJC-1295 (without DAC), and the catalogue holds a curated pair record between those components and GHRP-2: Hexarelin (shared growth-hormone secretagogue pathway); CJC-1295 (without DAC) (growth-hormone axis: documented synergistic release). Taking the blend therefore carries the same consideration as taking that component on its own, with the difference that a fixed-ratio vial cannot be adjusted independently of the rest of its contents. The evidence and citations here are the component record's; nothing has been studied about the blend itself. Peppy reports curated pharmacology, not a safety verdict. Reviewed 25 Aug 2026HUMAN EVIDENCE
No study has examined this blend as a blend. A PubMed search for the product name returns no matching literature, so everything known about it is inference from its separate components, and the effect of giving them together at a fixed ratio is uncharacterised rather than known to be additive. Separate small human endocrine studies describe hexarelin and CJC-family compounds; none tests their co-formulation or a clinical outcome from the pair.
REPORTED EFFECTS
No combination safety data exists. Hexarelin is less selective than ipamorelin and can raise prolactin, ACTH and cortisol; repeated GH-axis stimulation may affect glucose handling and fluid balance. Both classes are prohibited in sport.
RESEARCH LIMITATIONS
This is a summary of a blend, not a recommendation. Its composition is given as commonly marketed and is deliberately uncited: the only places it is stated are the shops selling it, which this catalogue does not link and does not treat as evidence. Treat the amounts as unverified, and note that blends sold under one name are not standardised between suppliers. Read the mechanism, pharmacokinetic, human-evidence and reported-effect fields separately: a mechanism is not an outcome, and a combination of mechanisms is not a combination of outcomes.
