Delete your Peppy account
You can permanently delete your Peppy account and its associated cloud data from Peppy’s secure browser app—even if the Android app is no longer installed.
Sign in, open More → Profile, and choose Delete my account.
How it works
Four steps, completed in your browser
Open Peppy
Use the button below to open Peppy in your browser. You do not need to reinstall the Android app.
Sign in
Sign in with the Peppy account you want to permanently delete.
Open your profile
Choose More, open Profile, then select Delete my account.
Confirm deletion
Reauthenticate when asked and type DELETE. Peppy completes the deletion only after confirming the account’s cloud records are gone.
What happens to your data
A permanent deletion—not account deactivation
Removed by Peppy
- Your Peppy sign-in account and profile
- Records associated with your account in Peppy’s cloud service
- Peppy records held by the browser or device where you complete deletion
Files and other devices
- Backup or spreadsheet files you previously downloaded remain under your control
- Local-only records on another device remain on that device until you erase its Peppy data or remove the app
- Deleting your account cannot be undone or restored by Peppy
Having trouble signing in?
Use Forgot password on Peppy’s sign-in screen for an email/password account, or continue with the same Google account you originally used. Account ownership must be confirmed before deletion so another person cannot erase your records.
Peppy currently has no paid subscription that needs to be cancelled separately.
