Sermorelin is the bioactive 1-29 fragment of GHRH and activates the GHRH receptor; ipamorelin activates the ghrelin/GH-secretagogue receptor. Studies with GHRH and older GHRPs support receptor-level synergy, but that does not validate this specific co-formulation or its ratio.
PHARMACOKINETICS
No combination pharmacokinetic study exists. Ipamorelin has a measured terminal half-life near two hours in a very small intravenous study; sermorelin is rapidly cleared. Co-lyophilisation fixes the mass ratio without evidence that it matches either molecule's exposure-response profile.

No study has examined this blend as a blend. A PubMed search for the product name returns no matching literature, so everything known about it is inference from its separate components, and the effect of giving them together at a fixed ratio is uncharacterised rather than known to be additive. Sermorelin once had an approved diagnostic product and ipamorelin reached early human study, but neither evidence base tested simultaneous delivery from one vial.
REPORTED EFFECTS
No systematic combination safety data exists. Expected concerns follow GH-axis stimulation: fluid retention, altered glucose handling, headache, injection reactions and sustained IGF-1 elevation. FDA reviewed ipamorelin for 503A compounding and recommended against inclusion; that review is not an approval of combinations containing it.
